Masterful Mindsets – All The Time Gratitude

“Gratitude should not be just a reaction to getting what you want, but an all-the-time gratitude, the kind where you notice the little things and where you constantly look for the good, even in unpleasant situations. Start bringing gratitude to your experiences, instead of waiting for a positive experience in order to feel grateful.”  ~Marelisa Fabrega

Question: Its easy to be grateful when all is going well and you are getting what you want in life… but what about the times when that isn’t so? Are you still focused on the positive and full of gratitude or do you find yourself holding out for something bigger and better before you express gratitude? Are you waiting for your life to be “perfect” before you appreciate your life?

Action Challenge:

This week make a commitment to be in gratitude for all that you experience. Waiting for life to be “perfect” is an unrealistic expectation. Instead, look for the blessings in every situation. Stay focused on what you have instead of what you don’t have. Life becomes perfect in your eyes when you are grateful for all that you have. Even the small things in life are worth being grateful for. Journal about all the little things that you notice in your life and are grateful for this week.

**I want to hear from you… What are you grateful for?
