Did you play a little too much this summer? What goals, projects or ideas did you slack off on or completely put off during the summer that you now realize you must get accomplished? I see it every year… summer comes around and everyone is ready for a vacation. The anticipation of fun in the sun has people losing their focus and quite honestly, slacking off. People let their schedules get laxed and their goals often get put on hold.

Then as fall rolls around, the stark realization that they’ve been slacking off for far too long hits them in the face and they can’t seem to shake the nagging feeling that because they’ve been playing a little too much, they may not reach the goals they’ve set for themselves this year. Sound familiar? Can you relate?

My challenge to you is to spend some time this week getting very clear on the goals you would like to achieve by the end of the year. Health goals, business or financial goals, relationship goals, self-improvement goals… whatever the case, spend some time this week thinking about what you need and want to do to get back on track.
