Blue Monday is the name given to the 3rd Monday in January and is believed to be the most depressing day of the year. That time when most people have settled back into their old lives. They have come down from the hyped up high hopes that a new year brings and are feeling the effects of the holiday hangover that goes with it. They’ve already lost their drive to achieve their goals and create change in their lives. They’ve settled back into their old lives and they are not only unhappy about it but feel that they’ve already failed for the year. But I’m here to tell you that you don’t need a new year to create change. As the quote says, all you need is a Monday. For that matter, all you need is a new day. It is never too late to begin. Never too late to take action towards your goals. But each day you put it off is a day later. So why wait?
