How Will You Flourish In the New Year?

At the end of each year, I love to reflect on my life and journal on how well I feel I met my goals and how I’ve grown. One of my go-to exercises is to reflect on three questions that one of my mentors, Brendon Burchard always asks, "Did I Live? Did I Love? Did I Matter?"

But then, from there, I like to move from reflection of the past year to asking a few questions of myself in a future focused manner. And this is where I embraced the ideas from another mentor of mine, Brian Johnson.

Brian is the founder and CEO of Heroic Public Benefit Company and a role model in terms of how he lives his life. I’ve had the opportunity to spend time with Brian, his wife Alexandra, his right-hand man Michael, and many other amazing Heroic heroes in the past few years.

They are all on a mission to help 51% of the world flourish by 2051. It’s a lofty goal but it’s one mission that I'm proud to be a part of. I guess technically, I’ve always been part of that mission, I just didn’t realize it. My whole life’s work has been devoted to helping people become the best version of themselves and thrive in their lives. And with Heroic, I get to unite with others on that same mission. So anyway… as I look forward into my future, I have a few more questions to ask myself… and you!

• How can we be our best in our Energy and Health?
• How can we be our best in our Work and Creative Contributions?
• How can we be our best in our Love and Relationships?
