“Money and success don’t change people; they merely amplify what is already there.” —Will Smith
Let’s talk about one of the most emotionally charged relationships we all have, the one with money.
For many of us, that relationship is complicated. We want more of it, but we also carry guilt, fear, or old beliefs about what it means to have it.
I’ll be honest: I haven’t always had a healthy relationship with money either.

Once I cleaned them, everything came back into focus — crisp, clear, effortless again. And it hit me: the same thing happens in life.

Maybe you’ve even written a few resolutions yourself this year. And that’s great — truly. But before you set your heart on this being the year it finally sticks, let’s look at why most resolutions fizzle out… and what you can do differently to make this year your most successful yet.
Resolutions vs. GoalsÂ
People often use these words interchangeably, but they’re not the same. Understanding the difference is the key to real, lasting change.
Resolutions tend to be:
Goals are:
See the distinction? Resolutions sound inspirin...
