âThe success of your lifeâs work is fueled by the love you have for that work. And that love is nurtured when you keep your purpose and passion in the forefront of everything you do.â ~ Michelle Weimer
I heard from several of you after last weekâs Masterful Mindset. The common theme for many was that they âused toâ love their work. But they feel theyâve lost their drive and are too burnt out to care much anymore. The combination of hectic schedules and demanding workloads full of mundane tasks have overtaken the passion and joy that used to be what drove them to show up fully everyday with purpose.
The big question I keep getting⌠How do you get that purpose and passion back? Â
Well, if youâre finding that your problem is not that you donât love what you do, but that as you go through the wearisome routines of day-to-day tasks or tackle overwhelming projects with underwhelming results, youâre feeling like the passion and zeal you had for your career has been replaced with a dull...
âAs I unclutter my life, I free myself to answer the callings of my soul.â ~ Dr. Wayne Dyer

Here's the deal, clutter really bothers me because when you allow too much clutter to fill up a space it can actually cause you to become distracted, lose focus and become less productive. Not to mention the negative energy that piles of clutter can create. So, i...
âThe step from service to sacrifice can be a slippery slope.â Â ~Michelle Weimer
I hope you took some time last week to complete the journaling exercise about whether you were more of a People Pleaser or someone who suffered from Superwoman Syndrome. Maybe you arenât either. (Congratulations!) Or maybe you discovered you were bothâŚ
My bet is that you do have superwoman tendencies. In todayâs fast paced and demanding world, itâs so easy to get caught up in constantly striving to accomplish more and more, as perfectly as possible, without ever asking for help. We âsuperwomenâ want to prove we can do it all but sadly it is often at the expense of ourselves.
I know a lot about Superwoman Syndrome because not only do many of my clients deal with this, but I myself am a recovering superwoman. Yep, I admitted it years ago and yet I still find myself periodically getting caught up in the struggle. The step from service to sacrifice can be a slippery slope. However, now I can recognize wh...
